ADC Fire Systems Ltd was formed in November 2007 with the amalgamation of two very well established companies, ADC Systems and SGD Security Ltd (Fire Division).
The merger of these two specialist companies gives ADC Fire Systems Ltd the knowledge and expertise of 49 years trading.
ADC Systems, established 1981, has established an excellent name throughout South and West Wales for providing a quality, personal service, to all its clients. ADC has specialised in providing service to areas including Hospitals, local authorities, Nursing Homes, Public Utilities, Blue Chip Companies and many other individual commercial and industrial premises.
ADC Fire Systems Ltd were one of the first fully accredited members of the NSI BAFE SP203 scheme which allows us to certificate Fire Alarm design, installation, commissioning and maintenance to the highest of standards.
We take our achievement very seriously and have structured our fire business accordingly with a dedicated design team permanently located within our office, dedicated fire maintenance engineers and dedicated fire commissioning engineers.
ADC Fire Systems Ltd expertise expands across most conventional and addressable Fire systems, Air Sampling Systems and Gas Extinguishing Systems. On larger sites we have networked addressable fire panels, some remotely monitored and some fully integrated systems incorporating Intruder Detection, CCTV and access control.
ADC Fire Systems Ltd takes the positive features from both parent companies to offer a family run business, with the knowledge, experience and third party accreditation to give our clients peace of mind and confidence that the their fire detection and prevention measures are installed and maintained to British Standards or higher.

Jeffrey Witts - Chairman
As the founder of SGD Security Ltd, Jeff Witts has taken SGD Security Ltd from Three members of staff to currently over 40 (2006) over a period spanning 22 years. With over 40 years experience in the electrical and Security industry, Jeff Witts gives SGD Security the Foundations and strengths that have made the company a success. Jeff retired in 2006.
David Witts-Price BSc (Hons) - Chief Executive
He has taken on board the strong customers first approach, and family business values installed into the company foundations by Jeff Witts over the last 22 years. Now looking at the ever changing security industry he is planning to take these values and the professionalism of SGD Security Ltd and expand them into existing and new areas of our business and customer base.
Nicola Price - Finance Director
Started employment with SGD Security Ltd in 2001 after a number of years with a major UK Bank. Starting as a Finance Assistant, Nicola worked her way up to her current position. Nicola's vision is to make SGD Security Ltd the best in all aspects of our business, with a strong push on company efficiency which can be passed on to the client as cost effectiveness.
Lisa Duprey - Operations Directors
Started employment with SGD Security Ltd in 1990 as a secretary. Lisa has progressed through the company to her current position of Operations Director and Company Secretary. Lisa's Vision is to provide excellent value and unmatchable service to our customers to give them the confidence to commit all there security needs to SGD.
